At Say Less Expressions LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to request a return or refund, please review our policy below.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Final sale items, custom-made products, and digital downloads cannot be returned or refunded.
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or store credit.

Return & Refund Process:

1️⃣ To initiate a return, email clip@saylessexpressions.com with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ If eligible, we will provide return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
3️⃣ Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 5-7 business days.

Refunds & Processing Time:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (or as store credit upon request).
• Refunds may take 3-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.
